Four things that keep a daily contract alive
Office catering rarely fails because the food is bad. It fails because delivery runs late, the menu repeats, or the invoices never get sorted. These are the four we hold on to.
Being on time is part of the cooking
A factory break is 45 minutes and cannot be moved. We count backwards from it: cooking time, box-sealing time, departure time. What you buy is not only the flavour but the clock.
If we are more than 15 minutes past the agreed time, that day goes unbilled.
The menu rotates, it does not repeat
A 15-working-day cycle with no dish repeating inside a week. We send the coming month of menus in advance so you can strike out anything that will not land.
A kitchen you are welcome to visit
Daily market runs, not weekly frozen stock. Contract clients are invited to walk through the kitchen before signing, without booking weeks ahead.
We handle the paperwork too
Written quotes, purchase order numbers, daily handover records, and a monthly summary invoice. Your finance team should not have to chase us.

What the prices above do not cover
- Delivery outside the service area, charged per kilometre from the kitchen.
- Tent, table, chair, and decoration rental for buffet service.
- Special menu requests outside the rotation, such as fresh seafood or imported beef.

Standard box contents
Eight things that are in every box
True of both the daily box and the event box. What changes is the dish, not the completeness.

Fluffy rice
Plain rice as standard. Coconut rice and yellow rice can be alternated in on packages of 50 servings and up.

Main dish
Chicken, beef, or fish following that day in the rotation. Portions are weighed, not estimated.

Side dish
Chilli-glazed egg, crisp sweet tempeh, potato fritter, or corn fritter, matched to the main dish.

Vegetables
Mixed capcay, stir-fried green beans, long beans with anchovy, or urap. Cooked that same morning, never reheated.

Sambal & fresh greens
Sambal is packed separately so it does not soak the rice, with cucumber and lemon basil on Standard packages and up.

Crackers
Bagged separately inside the box so they still snap when the lid comes off.

Cut fruit or pudding
Watermelon, melon, or papaya depending on the season. On Premium packages, both go in.

Water & tableware
A cup of mineral water, a spoon, and a napkin. The box is food-grade compartmented paper, never styrofoam.
Special requests such as coconut-free, mild, low-salt, or vegetarian are not included above. Just say so when you order; there is no surcharge as long as the substitute ingredients are comparable.

From first question to boxes on the table
For event rice boxes, step three can be skipped. For a daily contract, step three is the one that decides everything.

A 30 percent deposit for events, or a purchase order and monthly billing for daily contracts. Delivery times are agreed here.

Cooked the same morning, delivered at the agreed time, and handed over with a signed record.

What people ask most before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Event rice boxes start at 20. Daily catering starts at 25 servings a day. Buffet service starts at 50 heads. Tumpeng can be a single cone, with no minimum.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Up to 100 rice boxes, the day before by 3 pm is enough. Above 100 boxes, and for buffet or tumpeng, three days ahead is better. For a daily contract, two weeks, so there is time for the taste test and menu planning.
Can we taste the food before signing a contract?
Yes, and it is free for prospective daily contracts of 50 servings and up. We send a sample box to your office holding exactly what your staff would receive.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every ingredient, utensil, and process in our kitchen is halal, and we do not handle non-halal ingredients in that kitchen at all.
Can the menu be adjusted for allergies or vegetarians?
It can. Tell us how many special servings when you order and we will mark those boxes separately. As long as the substitute ingredients are comparable, there is no surcharge.
How does payment work? Can you invoice on terms?
For events, a 30 percent deposit and the balance on the day. For daily contracts we issue a summary invoice at the end of each month on 14 or 30 day terms, whichever matches your company policy.
What if the headcount changes at the last minute?
Increases of up to 10 percent of the daily count can be called in until 9 am the same day. Reductions are billed on what was actually delivered, not on the contract figure.
Is delivery charged separately?
No, as long as the location is on the service area list and the order is 50 servings or more. Below that or outside the area, the cost is stated up front in the quote rather than appearing later on the bill.
